101 Room is an upscale restaurant and bar specializing in American favorites, impeccably prepared with the highest quality ingredients, steaks, chops, and fresh seafood.

The 101 Room is proud to present the Dixieland Jazz Brunch featuring live-action carving stations, egg stations preparing omelets and benedicts of all varieties, and a seafood station with oysters, shrimp, and crab. The buffet also includes breakfast pastries and breads, and a dessert station with crepes Suzette, and Bananas Foster.
